Responsibilities
- Draft court pleadings, writ petitions, and arbitration claims
- Conduct legal research across Nepal Law Reports (NLR)
- Represent corporate clients before district and high courts
Requirements
- LL.B / LL.M with active Nepal Bar Council advocate license
- Minimum 3 years court advocacy experience
